Description

The industrial lens model JSD2015 is an ultra-wide-angle fixed-focus lens. Its most prominent feature is an exceptionally wide 182° horizontal field of view (HFOV), which provides extremely broad coverage and makes it highly suitable for monitoring very large areas within confined spaces. It employs an F2.0 large aperture design, ensuring good light intake and enhanced image brightness even in low-light environments. The lens has an effective focal length (EFL) of 1.4mm, classifying it as a short focal length lens. This short EFL directly contributes to the large field of view but also typically introduces a certain degree of distortion. With a compact design, the total track length (TTL) is controlled at 15mm, facilitating easy integration. Its optical structure utilizes a hybrid design comprising 2 glass elements and 4 plastic elements (2G4P), which helps balance cost control and aberration correction

Application

Panoramic Security Monitoring: Its extremely wide field of view is particularly suitable for large-area scenarios requiring dead-angle-free coverage, such as warehouses, plazas, and transportation hubs. A single device is sufficient for large-scale monitoring.
